If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, similar or not.
Please kindly note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders can be canceled and refunded before we've shipped, but not after.
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached.
- All items purchased from the clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods back to your original payment method -- credit card or PayPal. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
While customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exchanging a product, we will cover the expenses associated with shipping the replacement item back to them.
If the desired item for exchange has a higher value than the originally purchased item, we will provide the customer with an invoice for the price difference. Conversely, if the exchange item is of lower value, we will initiate a refund of the difference to the original payment method used.
