If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
To start the return/exchange process, you'll need your order # and email address used at time of purchase.
Please notice that International Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before we've shipped, but not after.
- Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
- All items purchased from the clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
- Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
- If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price than the item originally purchased, we will issue an invoice for the difference in price. If the item you wish to exchange for is a lower price than the item originally purchased, we will refund the difference to the payment method used.
