If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Please include your order number & return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary
1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before we've shipped, but not after. 

2. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

3. To initiate an exchange, please contact customer service to ensure we have the size/style you are wishing to exchange for.  For returns, please return to address below and include your name/email/order #

4. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.

5. Please notice that Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

6. All items purchased from the clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.

12. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.

13. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
14. If the item you wish to exchange for is a higher price than the item originally purchased, we will issue an invoice for the difference in price.  If the item you wish to exchange for is a lower price than the item originally purchased, we will refund the difference to the payment method used.
