When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days, but during peak sales, new drops, or holiday rushes, processing times may take a little longer.

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can stalk your package like it’s a long-lost love.
Do you offer local pickup?
The availability of local pickup may vary. If the option is available, it will show up at checkout.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on what will get your package to you the fastest.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! 🌎 However, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Some exclusions apply (like clearance items).
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We offer optional return protection through Redo—you can purchase it at checkout to get unlimited returns & exchanges for a small fee. If you didn’t purchase Redo, return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or incorrect.
